Trailer Park Group's fast-expanding London office is looking for an exceptional Office Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Manager is the face of the company, greeting guests and announcing arrivals. They also ensure the smooth running of the team and of the building. They have a strong drive to take care of their colleagues, they enjoy celebrating the accomplishments of the team, and they love showing others the simple pleasures in life.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Serve as main point of contact for building management: repairs, heating/cooling, life safety, security (visitor and vendor access), vendor certificates of insurance
• Manage vendor relationships for stationary & office supplies, fire extinguishers, pest control, shredding services, off-site file storage, furniture, lighting, painters, plumbers, electricians
• Maintain a seat at Reception
• Coordinate/schedule use of board rooms and huddle spaces; print and post a daily calendar
• Manage catering for client and internal meetings/events
• Manage inbound/outbound post, FedEx, and courier service
• Set up new hire desks, reset desks when employees leave, and coordinate with IT when changes arise
• Lead local charity initiatives.
• Administer tasks and projects as needed (T&E support)
• Manage switchboard, route calls, check voicemail
• Open and close office daily
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years previous relevant work experience
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to independently prioritize work and complete assignments in a timely manner
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to review data, offer options, and resolve problems
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications
• Ability to communicate with individuals in an articulate, professional manner
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and postal regulations
