Role
Trailer Park is looking for an exceptional Music Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities
• Create cue sheets for Theatrical and TV Department projects.
• Maintain client relationships with studio clearance departments.
• Facilitate clearance requests by researching copyright ownership and preparing written requests to copyright owners.
• Communicate clearance status updates, including usage guidelines, respective license fees and restrictions based on secured rights and other terms to client groups accurately and in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain multiple reports and contract files for all projects and track relevant rights and restriction information.
• Assist in overseeing all of the creative and business aspects of the music for a project.
• Coordinate all third-party material for external licensing of music pieces and generate clearance requests.
• Ensure the company owned music library is available.
• Work with existing Music vendors to ensure that the music drives are up to date and we always have access to vendors’ newest music cues.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business, Recording Arts, Film, Entertainment Law or related field or comparable experience in the field.
• Must have working knowledge of or experience in the music/entertainment industry.
• Must have solid knowledge of synchronization, performance, and master rights.
• Candidate must be well-versed in numerous musical genres and understand song craft.
• Experience with Premiere, Avid, Excel, and iTunes.
• Experience with cue sheets a plus.

• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills in a multi-tasking environment.
