Trailer Park Group (TPG) is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to join its growing TA team! The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and thoughtful leader with a collaborative and influential leadership style. What you will do
• Accountable for end-to-end talent acquisition strategy; attracting and hiring the best talent across all levels and business units
• Lead all Talent Acquisition and sourcing programs and related operations; including enhancement of employment branding
• Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the center of all talent acquisition programs and strategies
• Enable and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Leaders and team members through ongoing coaching and feedback
• Build and foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to deliver results in a rapidly and constant evolving environment
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate these into a talent acquisition strategy for the agency
• Develop close partnerships with business leaders to understand the business outcomes needed for their success
• Responsible for all facets of talent acquisition and will play a key role in promoting a culture of high engagement and high performance
• Knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, labor laws, that have implications of the business
• Drive the selection, onboarding and management of recruitment vendors and partners
• Support on the full cycle recruitment of strategic roles
What we are looking for
• 10 years working experience within a Talent Acquisition function
• 5 years experience leading an in-house Talent Acquisition team in a medium to large organization.
• Experience managing recruitment strategies in a high growth marketing, entertainment, or advertising environment
• Results-driven; establishes high performance standards for self and others and ability to get involved at a detailed level to ensure that appropriate solutions are delivered
• Adaptable, self-starter, and comfortable in ambiguity
• Knowledge of recruiting database systems including ATS; Greenhouse is nice to have
This position will be primarily remote but may need to attend meetings and work in the Los Angeles office from time to time.
