Trailer Park is looking for an exceptional Department Coordinator (Temp) to join our TV/New Media division. Coordinators hired at Trailer Park must be able to handle high-pressure situations and long hours with a focused and positive attitude. Multitasking, troubleshooting and organizational skills along with dedication to the position and its responsibilities are essential.
Responsibilities
• Administrative Support for Executive Team
• Book Travel
• Credit Card Authorizations
• Expense Reports
• Conference Bookings (CES, Comic-Con, etc)
• Misc Requests
• Conference room scheduling (set up/clean up as needed)
• Maintain President’s Calendar
• Schedule meetings
• Go over day’s schedule every morning
• Schedule Interviews
• Client Relations
• Gifts (for birthdays and other special occasions)
• Scheduling Client Entertainment
• Donation Requests
• Create POs
• Corporate Credit Card
• Petty Cash
• Organize Department Events
• Monthly Birthday Celebration
• Organize Award Entries – Telly’s, etc
• Pick up packages for department
• Order office supplies/Other Misc Purchases (help PA as needed)
• Ordering drives and misc tech orders (help PA as needed)
• Distribute pay checks (help PA as needed)
Qualifications
• • Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple tasks, take direction, and give direction • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
