Role
Trailer Park is looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to work alongside an Executive Assistant supporting 3 Executives.
Responsibilities
• Work with Executive Assistant to manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars
• Coordinate travel schedules and arrangements
• Prepare and process business related expense reports in accordance with travel policy guidelines; Follow up and maintain proper recordkeeping and filing system for all work
• Assist others in the company as needed with travel and expense reports
• Provide assistance with creating PowerPoint slides and Excel spreadsheets, as needed
• Maintain and organize general files, client files and contact records
• General administrative duties, including: answering phones, coordinating calendars, submitting expense reports, invoices and purchase orders
• Perform other administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Friendly and service-oriented professional
• Experience working in an office environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – superb phone and email demeanor
• Willingness to work extended hours if needed
• A highly motivated, detail-oriented multi-tasker capable of working in a fast-paced environment
