We are currently hiring for the position of:
Coordinator, Loyalty & Engagement – Lead Candidate Identified
Reporting to the Loyalty & Engagement Manager, the Loyalty & Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for member retention and engagement through support of a communications strategy and stewardship; supporting public-facing relations with TIFF Members; providing exceptional customer service support by telephone, email and in person for current / new / prospective members as needed; taking an active role in the engagement of current members through online and in-person initiatives; leading production on a communications strategy to gather feedback and timely reporting.
The right candidate will be able to successfully support a robust engagement portfolio while bringing new ideas and improving existing processes across the department.
Responsibilities
• Support stewardship and acquisition efforts.
• Oversee timely communications through multiple channels - MailChimp, email, and phone.
• Assist the Senior Manager, Loyalty and Senior Manager, Individual Giving & Foundations with stewardship activities for TIFF.
• Liaise with internal departments on member/donor servicing, sales and benefit fulfilments.
• Coordinate the preparation of collateral materials.
• Provide timely support on Member and donor communications and escalate as required to Management.
• Provide on-site support for Advancement events, as required.
• Supervise indirect reports and volunteers to ensure task completion.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, briefing materials and research profiles, as required
• Assist in identifying, researching, cultivating and stewarding member and donor prospects.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned and actively participate as a member of the broader Advancement team.
Minimum Requirements
• Proficiency with mass email systems such as MailChimp; as well as familiarity with surveys and analyzing responses / making recommendations are preferred
• Proficiency in a fundraising CRM (e.g. Raiser's Edge, Tessitura) or a ticketing system (e.g. Archtics, Vendini) is a strong asset
• Experience in customer service environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communications skills, as well as tact and judgment
• Commitment to feedback, initiative, professional development, AFP Code of Conduct and Donor Bill of Rights
• Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
