This is an amazing opportunity to work within a well-diversified, knowledgeable, global team that really takes care of its customers. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment while maintaining customer relationships to the highest of levels. There is no hard selling involved. The position is primarily about taking care of long term, professional customers. There are definite opportunities for advancement, as we grow our company back after Covid.
The successful Inside Sales candidate will have a range of skills and qualifications to help them perform their duties effectively. These skills and qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple emails and phone calls
- Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to accurately enter detailed data while working within deadlines
- Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages
- Practical knowledge of Entertainment and Staging Production Technology - Lighting, Video, Rigging, Audio - is a benefit but not essential
Main Duties include:
- Answer incoming sales calls and emails
- Assist Sales Support with entering orders
- Assist Outside Sales Team, by entering quotes, orders, and/or memo loans for customers
- Regularly communicate with Operations, Accounts, Cable Department, Customers and our Customer Development team
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- No sales experience necessary.
- Understanding of sales processes and dynamics helpful, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data entry.
- Attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting up to 8 hours per day. Heavy telephone and computer usage.
SALARY - £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year (Dependent on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time
