PRIMARY PURPOSE:
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Research Operations who will have direct oversight of all projects involving reporting and analytics; system and program implementation and maintenance; and process development. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Research with significant exposure to the entire Worldwide Search team, as well as IT, Corporate HR, and divisional colleagues.

The WarnerMedia Group Worldwide Executive Search function is a long standing best in class internal executive search model with offices in NY, London and Singapore, routinely leading over 200 strategic executive search and research projects annually.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Encore (Executive Search CRM)
• Serve as Encore subject matter expert and oversee day-to-day operations and ongoing projects related to system process efficiency and improvements for the global team (US, London, Singapore)
• Proactively identify opportunities for efficiencies to encourage more consistent end user adoption
• Lead user trainings and develop/maintain training materials and reference guides
• Manage system user requests
• Manage issue resolution and future design considerations
• Act as the primary liaison with Cluen account management team
REPORTING OPERATIONS AND ANALYTICS:
Oversee all recruitment reporting metrics and reports for Executive Search and Research
• Ownership of regular reporting activities and reports, i.e., quarterly, annual and ad hoc requests as needed
• Prepare and develop reports, dashboards, executive management presentations, and other deliverables providing Search metrics, activity, and analysis, e.g., cost savings, internal mobility, source of hire
• Assess, streamline and formalize best practice processes and procedures for the team; identify data and process integrity issues and implement solutions
• Manage all existing scheduled reports from Business Objects
• Serve as Business Objects SME
• Primary point person for CRM and other research and executive search vendors
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• A minimum 7 years of experience in a related role
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven success creating, analyzing, and presenting reports and metrics
• Ability to think holistically to analyse/synthesize data collected from a variety of sources
• In-depth experience with CRM tools (preferably Encore)
• In-depth experience with Business Objects or similar business intelligence tool
• Highly flexible and adaptable to quickly shift priorities as we continue to collaborate with our new partners at AT&T
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives in collaborative team environments
• Proven success working with colleagues at all levels and establishing strong partnerships across departments and divisions
• Strong organizational skills to self-direct, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks and projects seamlessly, managing competing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required.
