Boutique Talent Management Company looking for immediate, part-time office manager/assistant, with the potential to move up to full-time during pilot season.
(This position could potentially be continuous.)
Ideal candidate would have superior communication skills/phone manners, excellent writing skills; and be well-organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities include general office duties, which include answering phones, email correspondence, scheduling, filing, client appointments, script coverage, pitching and project tracking, etc.
Also, must be Mac, MS Office & Internet proficient, and with knowledge of InEntertainment.
Previous experience in working either talent agency or management company is preferred, as this is a fast-paced work environment.
!!Prefer non smoker that lives in the vicinity of Beverly Hills!!
Hours: 1:00pm-6:30pm and some days possibly more
Note: What Im really hoping for is a qualified, stable person that would enjoy sticking around for the long haul if we are a match as an office manager/assistant.
I am NOT interested in hiring someone who is looking to becoming a Manager, Agent, Writer, Producer, Actor, etc.
