This is a Full Time Job
Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, creating outstanding proposals for new campaigns, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed specification.
Key result areas:
Client Handling
➢ Develop and maintain strategic relationships with an agreed roster of clients ensuring that we maintain existing work levels and generate new business
➢ Negotiate time allocation for approved budgets with clients
➢ Manage campaign briefings, secure time-plan approvals from clients
➢ Day-to-day client liaison during campaign lifecycle – including time, budget and approvals management
➢ Pursue client recommendations and new business opportunities
Brainstorms & Proposals
➢ Take briefs from clients
➢ Plan and lead brainstorming sessions for PR and creative campaigns
➢ Conduct research for proposals
➢ Define campaign strategy and guidelines, ensuring that the clients’ expectations and budget are met
➢ Review, oversee and check new business proposals before delivery to clients
➢ Write briefs and liaise with the Creative and Technical Department and incorporate expected timescales into work planning
➢ Ensure that QA (Quality Assurance) is completed for all work that is presented to clients
Key interfaces:
• Daily contact with clients
• Work with internal teams (Studio Manager, Designers, Developers, VP) to ensure complete and seamless project management
• Communicate professionally and transparently with all relevant third parties (distributor territories, publishers, ad servers, etc.) regarding specification documents and delivery of assets in order to deliver all aspects of the client’s project
Campaign Management
➢ Oversee and coordinate all elements of each campaign or project to ensure that the client is kept up-to-date with the progress on each job.
➢ Work with the producer and studio manager to plan and execute the timeline for each project
➢ Prepare and deliver a final report for each campaign
Financials
➢ Prepare and/or approve weekly reports
➢ Create cost breakdowns and budgets for prospective work
➢ Request and raise purchase orders
➢ Manage all aspects of client invoicing
➢ Updating FileMaker (budgets, release dates, etc.)
Troubleshooting
➢ Mitigate issues and/or any problems which may arise during a campaign (both PR & Creative) and maintain an open and professional relationship between the client and Think Jam
➢ Troubleshoot negative client feedback or creative work delays
Meetings
➢ Present proposals and new business pitches to clients
➢ Brief meetings with clients
➢ Attend agency meetings
➢ Manage pre-release meetings – campaign ‘kick off’ meeting with the team as well as ongoing internal campaign meetings with the team
