SUMMARY: This position is accountable for the planning, directing and coordinating activities designed to create or maintain a favorable public image or raise issue awareness for client's organization or products. Your responsibilities include daily account management, public relations team leadership and operations management. MUST HAVE CELEBRITY STYLIST RELATIONSHIPS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, key players and media
representatives.
• Enhance the level of relationships and engage with senior editors and celebrity stylists as well celebrities
• Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate publicity
information to them.
• Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts.
• Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and
signage.
• Write interesting and effective press releases, prepare information for media kits and develop and
maintain company internet or intranet web pages. Conceptualize and execute PR strategies for all
brands, working closely with agency clients and supervisor to manage public relations goals and brand
messaging
• Strategizing new and existing Marketing/PR Campaigns for new and existing clients.
• Prospecting new brands to increase client roster of company's clients.
• Manage all media relations for clients, including building and maintaining relationships with press
contacts/editors, celebrities/celebrity stylists. This includes managing the celebrity dressing as well as
pitching top editors.
• Orchestrating and execute special events in support of clients' brands, stores and partnerships managing
the press strategies surrounding special events, product launches, etc.
• Write pitches, press releases and media alerts, on behalf of all clients to announce and distribute news-
worthy information.
• Oversee and manage the office
• Assign, supervise and review the activities of public relations staff.
• Focus on High impact actions with high level people
• Provide excellent customer •
• Working with business development and marketing teams to develop strategic partnerships and
collaborations
• Strategizing new and creative ways to garner media for clients, prospecting for appropriate outreach
opportunities to facilitate brand presence in media outlets and engage/expand current fan
QUALIFICATION and REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be
available to work occasional late hours, some weekends, working remotely via phone, etc. to accommodate the
industry expectations. Title holder must also possess:
• 5 years of full time PR experience in celebrity placements
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Outstanding customer service and work ethic
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Passionate about the fashion industry and luxury market
• Ability to move from concepts to concrete expression of ideas.
• Talent for calmly working under pressure.
