Project Manager, Employee Relations - Production Compliance (PH)
Job Summary:

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking a Project Manager, Employee Relations - Production Compliance (PH) to be responsible for managing the ongoing development and implementation of the compliance training program for Studio Production entities. The Project Manager, Employee Relations - Production Compliance (PH) plays a critical role in re-envisioning, streamlining and automating the current processes.
This 12 month project hire role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Employee Relations and involve close interaction and partnership with Studio production, Human Resources, Global Ethics & Compliance Management, and other relevant partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, is highly organized, and has the ability to plan and track a project that requires a high-level of integration with multiple stakeholders, while meeting an aggressive timeline. This role will support the continued development of the program and see it through full implementation to sustainment.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the production coordinators across all shows to maintain accurate and timely records regarding the status of compliance training eligibility, assignment, and completion
• Support the development and implementation of the compliance training program by providing operational expertise, direction and project management skill
• Represent Employee Relations and assist in partnering with technology solutions team to develop, test, and implement a comprehensive and effective automated tool solution
• Forecast accurate training requirements for all productions; work with applicable partners to source qualified trainers and facilitate in-person sessions
• Process payments for external trainers
• Report out regarding compliance training completion to key stakeholders, and analyze, synthesize, and extrapolate key insights gleaned from data and analytics
• Work with partners to facilitate a change management program to roll out and communicate the policies and protocols
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong project management skills; can effectively handle multiple competing demands in a fast paced environment
• Strong strategic problem solving; root/cause analysis skills; ability to research, consolidate data and formulate observations/recommendations
• High degree of initiative, independent judgment, and discretion
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively, consult, lead and influence others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Skilled with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
