Job Summary:
As part of the HR Strategy Lab, the Workforce Technology team leads the planning, selection, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique experiences for the global talent of The Walt Disney Company. This team also provides integration support for mergers and acquisitions.
The Workforce Technology team is looking for a Program Manager to oversee its integration program. In this role, they will lead a team that oversees the integration efforts and workstreams. They will provide project management support for the Workforce Technology Leadership team and manage the overall workplan partnering with the integration management office. They will be interacting with workstream leads across the functional areas to ensure our workplans are aligned and that our deliverables are supporting their needs. The responsibilities include keeping the workplan updated on the appropriate shared sites, identifying and driving the teams toward key milestones, developing and delivering dashboards and status reports for senior executives, identifying and escalating to the appropriate teams any risks with associated impacts.

Responsibilities:
• Provide overall management of the Workforce Technology workstreams for mergers and acquisitions
• With direction from the Workforce Technology Workstream Leader, develop and maintain the integration workplan for the WF Technology workstreams
• Provide escalation point of contact between the workstream leads and Leadership
• Provide program management leadership and support for the WF Technology workstreams
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards and status reports
• Maintain project scope and define change order requirements
• Identify and drive team towards key milestones
• Identify and escalate to the appropriate teams any risks and associated impacts
• Partner with workstream lead from IMO to ensure coordination between teams
• Partner with workstream leads across HR functional areas to ensure alignment
Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience managing vendors and budgets
• 3-5 years project management experience
• 3-5 years people management experience
• 2 years working in a complex, multi-business unit Fortune 500 company
• 2 years Core HR or Employee-facing systems support experience
• 2 years digital software engineering and/or product design experience
• Exceptional communications and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic way
• Demonstrated use of KPIs to successfully manage the delivery of large-scale, complex technical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a dynamic, fast passed environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting one or more HR applications (examples include: SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Kenexa)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years in corporate / cross-line of business role for a fortune 500 company
• 2 years consulting experience
• Demonstrated project management skills or certifications
• Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and influence in a matrixed team environment
Required Education
• Undergraduate degree in business analysis, computer science, information technology, human resources or related field
