Sr. Analyst Workforce Technology (PH)
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise WFT will function as an HR systems expert, consulting with the HR community (enterprise wide), with DTSS and its ADM Partners and/or external vendors, to clearly articulate the business needs in systems language to ensure effective, efficient and creative solutions in the ongoing maintenance and further development of the HR modules of SAP and other enterprise HR systems.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of HR system enhancement and integration requests, working with the requestor to determine functional requirements, integration challenges, site specific or enterprise impact
• Define and document business requirements
• Partner with EBS resources to determine best technical solution for requested enhancements and integrations
• Provide post implementation and day-to-day support to internal and external clients
• Perform master data configuration in SAP, such as pay rate structures and table updates
• Evaluate current process and data flows for efficiency, accuracy and consistency
• Manage small to medium scale systems projects
• Develop and monitor test plan for system enhancements and integrations
• Provide day to day support for SAP
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Human Resources Information Systems with strong background in HR, payroll, security and reporting
• Strong foundation in technology and process
• Working knowledge of SAP HR or related HR system experience required (specifically the ELE module); payroll and security preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, IT partners and co-workers
• Proven experience in process improvement
• Experience working with outsourcing, ASP and SaaS
• Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated problem solving experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly in a dynamic and complex organization
• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and Project
• Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skills
• Team oriented – values the synergy of a team and has a track record in operating as a team player.
• Competence – knowledgeable in the field and dedicated to continual learning.
• Can-do attitude - eager to find solutions to not only solve problems but prevent them from happening in the future.
• Flexibility - dealing with a variety of business partners, situations and requirements while remaining calm under pressure.
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT or related field, or equivalent experience
