As the Client Services Intern, it will be important to demonstrate a high level of analytical aptitude, guest service skills, confidence in one's own ability, and discretion. You will have the ability to understand and analyze critical success measures for the Cast Members you support and include those as a part of the day-to-day focus. The role will report to a Business Integration Manager and allow specific decision making authority within clearly defined parameters established.
Responsibilities
may include:
• Providing administrative support within Disney Institute by assisting salaried teams of leaders including account managers, engagement managers, senior facilitators, and facilitators who provide learning events, professional development courses, and advisory services to client organizations external to Disney.
• Supporting salaried Cast Members by providing general communication support via phone or email, calendar management, meeting/delivery support coordination, travel arrangements, and assistance with expense reports and/or other administrative tasks. Partners with account team, content team, operations/logistic team, and business management teams to ensure the highest quality products/services are delivered to clients each day.
• Acting as the first point of contact with clients via phone or email to determine initial client needs and to secure next interactions (expertise to articulate DI Philosophies and Methods while problem solving next steps with client in order to secure next conversation and or meeting with account
• Participating in problem solving sessions with Account collaboration team assisting in documenting scoping, pricing and structural concepts of Engagement
• Participating in Capabilities Overviews, Vision Session and Active Client Engagements covering multiple actions within client session which may include travel
• Regularly utilizing strong computer skills, working across a variety of systems such as Microsoft Office, MAC, SAP, Siebel, ACE, BOX, and DSCS to produce reports necessary for operational efficiency.

• Proven ability to be a self-starter with minimal supervision and follow-up
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Required Education
• Junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field
Additional Information:
Internship Eligibility:
• Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from college within the past six months OR be currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Not have already completed two consecutive (spring/fall) College or Professional Internship Programs
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Must provide full work availability
• Must provide own transportation to/from work
• Current Active Disney cast members must meet Professional Internship transfer guidelines (for Walt Disney World cast members this is no more than four points and one reprimand in the last six months; for Disneyland cast members this is six months of consecutive service and a performance record clear of any disciplinary issues (warnings, suspensions, etc.) for at least six months)
Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are January 2020 through June 2020. Interns must be fully available for the duration of the internship.
Housing: This internship is based in Orlando, FL. A limited amount of company-sponsored housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
