Job Summary:
The Global Mobility team provides relocation and immigration consultative services to HR, Talent Acquisition, business leadership and other internal partners, to enable the movement of talent within the US and globally. In addition, Global Mobility supports employees and their families by providing end-to-end relocation and immigration services.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, International Projects, provides consulting services to our business and HR partners for major capital projects, related to mobility planning, strategies, and budgets, as well as developing creative solutions to meet business needs. The role also provides guidance to the business to ensure key factors are considered when relocating employees between projects and project-hire talent, to ensure consistency, and appropriate level of relocation offerings.
The Senior Manager, International Projects, will build relationships with key business and HR stakeholders to understand the project needs, to ultimately provide recommendations for process and service level improvements. Additionally, this role will provide GM functional direction to key partners in the regions.
Basic Qualifications:
• Extensive ( 8 – 10 years) Global Mobility/international experience
• Strong subject matter expertise in Global Mobility/international assignment management
• Proven ability to serve as a consultant and strategic business partner to a complex and dynamic client base
• Ability to analyze and make recommendations
• Knowledge of international benefits and taxes
• Collaborative and strong relationship builder
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a project delivery environment
• Licenses / Training: GMS, CRP, PHR, SPHR
Required Education
• 4-year undergraduate degree, Business Administration or HR related
