Senior Manager, Business Integration (PH)
Job Summary:
The Global HR Operations team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise.
The Business Integration team is responsible for identifying, assessing, integrating, and improving incoming GHRO services.
Org Structure
This position will report to the Director, GHRO Business Integration and will have 1-6 direct reports.
Job Summary and Purpose
The Senior Manager, Business Integration leads the strategic development of the future state of one or more HR Functional Area's administrative/transactional services and its implementation into GHRO.
He/she will partner with HR functional partners and SMEs to define the client(s)'s future state of transactional/standardizable/repeatable work in order to best utilize talent and resources in COEs, segments, markets, and GHRO. Outputs will align with the client(s)'s vision and be consistent with GHRO's vision, service delivery model, and employee experience strategies.
The role leads project management, client management, and change management for the client area and GHRO as it relates to defining and implementing the future state. This will include engagement and alignment of thinking of all levels of talent, including executives.
The individual will bring global, enterprise thinking and an employee experience bias to the work, including inputs from outside TWDC. The role will oversee the transition of the talent and the work into GHRO and lead process improvement and system enhancements efforts.
Deliverables for this role include client(s)'s current state analysis, future state definition, gap analysis, recommendations, design change recommendations, and transition and implementation plan(s). As mentioned above, this role leads the implementation and concurrent/subsequent system changes and process improvements.
This role partners with the Business Integration team to develop enterprise recommendations and transition plans.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Development
• Demonstrate deep understanding of future state HR vision, service delivery model, and technology roadmap, including GHRO's role as a shared service provider
• Demonstrate keen understanding of Area(s)'s vision and mission and employee experience strategy
• Facilitate partners of all levels to think about service delivery in new ways that can more effectively utilize COE, segment, vendor, technology, and GHRO resources
• Bring out of the box thinking and influence to push HR Areas to new heights on the service delivery and employee experience journey
• Continually shape GHRO and Area's thinking to bring alignment to the future state of HR and GHRO
• Identify and address compliance, risk, and regulatory implications
Client Management
• Build strong, trustworthy relationships with partners and clients in order to bring out the best in everyone
• Communicate frequently and transparently. Define regular communication cadence and mediums. Communicate with GHRO management, GHRO partners, and identified Ares(s)'s audiences
• Be able to articulate at all times strategic reasons for the project, status of current efforts, and forthcoming implications to Area(s) and GHRO
• Identify and execute win-win situations for GHRO and partners in order to meet business objectives
Project Management
• Lead the team that documents Area(s)'s current state (domestic and international)
• Lead the discussions (with all levels) and influence toward an aligned outcome in order to define the Area(s)'s future state (domestic and international)
• Be cognizant of scope creep and handle it judiciously
• Lead the team that completes the gap analysis (the difference between the Area(s)'s current and future states
• Lead the development of the Area(s)'s recommendations and participate in the joint effort to complete the enterprise's holistic recommendations. This includes policy, practice changes, technology and/or vendor needs, high level role and org changes, etc. (domestic and international)
• Lead the team that designs the change including details and implications from recommendations. The output of this effort in all Areas is a set of holistic recommendations including the service delivery model, high level org design, draft budget, and system/technology and vendor plans
• Lead the development of the Area(s)'s transition and implementation plans (domestic and international). Ensure alignment with GHRO and the Area(s)'s leadership.
• Facilitate leaders at appropriate levels to a go/no go decision before implementation
• Lead the US implementation working across GHRO and HR functional areas
• Partner with GHRO regional leadership to implement internationally
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum seven years of leadership experience
• Management of teams through change
• Track record of successful partnerships with clients and partners of all levels
• Project management of complex projects across business units
• Track record of holding self and others accountable to meet deadlines and deliver results
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement, continuous improvement, and/or technology solutions
• Operational experience a plus
• Disney experience a plus
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum seven years of leadership experience

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree related field or equivalent experience
