Basic Qualifications:
What You Bring to the Role:
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations with focus on interview techniques and applicant assessments including proven ability to be an active listener
• Proven Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) as well as SharePoint
• Proven ability to navigate and trouble shoot from a computer technology standpoint
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work in a structured and autonomous environment while communicating effectively with key team members
• Proven organizational skills while ensuring attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills to create an effective interview experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Training/Education:
• Proven experience partnering with Disney Internships & Programs areas
• Prior or current Disney experience and/or understanding of Disney's HR systems and processes
• Proven success with recruitment/interview experiences
• Experience with Kenexa or equivalent ATS
Required Education
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Additional Information:
• Position status: This is a seasonal position with a Temp/Recurring work status. The Professional Internships Interview Partner recruiting seasons run twice a year – from January through April (8-10 weeks) and August through October (6-8 weeks), with the potential for limited or no hours in the off seasons.
• Required Availability: Required to provide a minimum of 24 hours per week during the above seasons, with at least half of these hours during standard business hours, 8 am – 5 pm.
• Training Requirements:
• At the start of the position, training will be conducted virtually over the course of a week or more.
• Location: This position is remote, and can be located throughout the continental United States utilizing a dedicated home office that includes reliable internet and phone service.
