Job Summary:

The HR Data Analyst is the subject matter expert on all of the people data for the DTCI Technology organization. This position will work with various legacy systems ensuring the accuracy of the data in order to tell a comprehensive story around talent.
Responsibilities:
• • Partner with the DTCI Tech HRBP team and GHRO Organization Management to keep SAP, Workday and Org Vue systems up to date and accurate, including ensuring validity of Org Vue data whenever refreshes are done enterprise wide
• Partner with the Director of HR and the DTCI Tech leadership team to accurately track all labor synergies and create deliverables necessary for the Disney IMO (integration management office)
• Have a deep understanding of the DTCI Technology business and priorities
• Work closely with finance partners and key stakeholders to accurately track headcount to be used for monthly forecasting and annual planning
• Partner with DTCI Workforce Planning to understand reports and dashboards that measure talent efforts and provide predictive analytics for future changes or decisions
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years human resources project experience in progressively responsible roles
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create and own complex reports, interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions
• Strong critical thinking skills and an exceptionally high level of attention to detail
• Proven ability to build strong relationships
• Strong use of judgment to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
• Ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build trusted relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, curiosity, and tenacity
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP or Workday experience
• Experience with data analytics and visualization software such as Tableau
• High-level Excel experience- pivot tables, V-Lookups, template build-outs
• Project management experience
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
