Part Time Unpaid Internship
Job Summary:
The Global Mobility organization is responsible for the relocation and immigration needs of Disney talent across
the Disney Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life…
This role is responsible for assisting the international Global Mobility team with daily administrative functions in direct support of our international assignees and their families.
• Coordinate international travel arrangements for relocation related trips
• Review and ensure accurate coding for voucher payments
• Coordinate the overall process for international business travelers, including logistics, payroll transfer, and providing information and resources
• Create presentations; must be able to formulate ideas in a concise manner, and offer data to support the topic
• Create and run Ad Hoc reports from APro, as instructed and needed
Basic Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter
• Ability to multi-task in a highly fluid environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Client service orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with use or implementation of database systems
• Cross-cultural experience
• Interest in Global Mobility processes, including relocation, immigration, tax, finance, etc.
Required Education
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship Program
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field
Preferred Education
• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field.
Additional Information:
• The approximate dates of this internship are August 2018 through January 2019 (Applicants with summer availability may be considered for an earlier start date)
• Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 30-40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
• Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank area
• Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Must be at least 18 years of age
