Business Integration Sr. Analyst (PH)
Job Summary:
The Global HR Operations team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Walt Disney Company.
As Global HR Operations continues to evolve, this role will be responsible for assessing any recommendations of new work or expanding scope to determine if it fits within the HR Operations vision. Working with HR and functional leaders across the Enterprise they will lead the collection of current state processes, establish project teams to evaluate if HR Operations can add value to the work, and make recommendations to senior leadership on if the work fits within HR Operations. They will then lead their project team to recommend future state resources, processes and benefits while working with HR Operations Leadership to determine timing, infrastructure and service level agreements. This individual will identify, communicate and facilitate opportunities to integrate work across HR Operations and other COE teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project planning, issue management, knowledge management, documentation and meeting structure
• Lead the team in finding creative on ways to improve processes and leverage resources to develop possible future state scenarios
• Provide analysis around business analytics and data to provide a point of view on scope and project approach objectives and initiatives to determine appropriate timing of any integration
• Continually evaluate processes to ensure any future state recommendations still fit within the original goals
• Recognize key risks and issues, and propose contingency plans to mitigate the risks to project leadership
• Partner with HR leaders and finance to identify potential savings and how to achieve them
Basic Qualifications:
• Adaptable, flexible, well organized, creative and detail oriented
• Proven ability to negotiate complex ideas into achievable results
• Working knowledge of headcount, FYP and AOP processes
• Experience managing unusually complex projects and providing project methodology and integration expertise
• Demonstrated ability to assess the interdependencies of work processes very quickly
• Solid knowledge of tools, processes and resources needed to support integrated global innovation initiatives
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative processes and tools to support business objectives
• Excellent interpersonal, influence and verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong business acumen, and ability to identify and utilize metrics tied to project value. Demonstrated ability to lead the development of a strong business case through analytics
• Strong ability to identify inclusive processes and solutions
• Track record of successful partnerships with leaders at all levels
