Analyst, Workforce Technology (IA)
Job Summary:
This department within Enterprise Workforce Technology is responsible for the sustainment of multiple Enterprise Human Resources applications: HR Management Systems, Integrated Vendor Systems, Candidate/Guest Facing platforms, Applicant tracking systems, Talent Pipeline Systems, and provides additional support across other HR platforms.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Workforce Technology responsible for the SuccessFactors ITM suite, IQNavigator contingent workforce application, Performance Management system, and several other HR applications and technical processes.
This individual will work closely with other members of Enterprise Workforce Technology, Enterprise Business Solutions, as well as business clients, external vendors and consultants.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate issue resolution and work request execution processes. Includes monitoring ticket queue, researching/analyzing, executing configuration changes, resolving, and responding to users in a timely manner
• Support coordination and execution of system outages and environment change activities. Includes planning activities, end user communication, validation tasks, and documentation
• Support the product release cycle. Includes assisting in review, testing and deploying functional release items, upgrades and bug fixes
• Assist with system file monitoring, documentation, and communication
• Support system enhancement and evolutionary workstreams. Includes providing consult and technical guidance to business partners and Enterprise Workforce Technology peers, assisting with UAT, cutover, Hypercare, and steady state
• Partner closely with business stakeholders for alignment and coordination of work stream prioritization
• Participate in meetings with clients, partners, vendors, and end users individually and group settings
• Assist with system documentation in appropriate repositories, including managing version control
• Manage system security and adherence to TWDC IT security standards
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 Years experience
• Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated problem solving experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly
• Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; as well as, technical writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate
• Experience with HR SaaS solutions
• Ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, integrated team environment with frequently changing priorities
• Ability to follow tasks through to completion and keep team informed on progress
• Strong experience working on teams or other collaborative groups
• Working experience with different software development lifecycles, including SAP and agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of all HR disciplines
• Working knowledge of ITM system suite (SuccessFactors), SAP HR, D Achieve, IQNavigator, or related HR system experience
• Familiarity with testing software such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• SuccessFactors EXpert accredidation
• SPHR/PHR
Preferred Education
• BA/BS Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of experience
