Job Summary:
Purpose of role:
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and carrying out BabyTV marketing activities (primarily B2b) from our centralized London office, liaising with global contacts to help oversee marketing worldwide. The position directs activities with key clients and colleagues to maximize and ensure exposure for the brand and aligns business goals with marketing activities to ensure business goals are met.
The overall target is to provide our clients with exceptional support, encouraging and enabling them to market BabyTV to clients, and to support the BabyTV team in its business goals with executive level materials, and respective follow up with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Create and develop marketing strategies for the brand (B2B and B2C)
• Create and develop marketing plans for main clients and regions to hit key KPIs
• Create high-quality marketing materials to communicate and keep awareness up for BabyTV, including power point presentations, print, and digital materials
• Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials through global network
• Promote BabyTV's brand USP's, characters, and series, by developing, planning, and executing relevant-sized campaigns and activities
• Liaise with regional offices, clients, and colleagues to implement and follow up on marketing activities
• Liaise with creative team to source marketing support materials on a daily basis
• Liaise with operational team to follow up on materials creation and delivery for clients
• Oversee marketing executives's daily work
• Writing and Proofreading Copy
• Design work ability
Experience Profile:
• Capable of handling multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• at least 5 years marketing experience (experience in a pan-regional business a plus)
• Previous experience within a marketing role, preferably global media
• Excellent communication skills and relates to people at all levels
• Capable of handling multiple priorities and work in a fast-pace environment

• Proven track record and fast learner
• Likes to work autonomously
• Commercially astute, driven, highly numerate and clear communicator
