Process & Knowledge Senior Analyst (PH)
Job Summary:
The Process & Knowledge Sr Analyst I (PH) is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for new/revised processes developed by the Global HR Operations. This will include documentation for the process, creating knowledge articles, and ensuring comprehensive testing. This role will have accountability for ensuring that proposed solutions meet business strategies while effectively integrating with other HR functional partners.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
• Focuses and ensures business strategies are attained through delivery of proposed solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Leverage appropriate technology and tools to ensure knowledge content is configured, targeted and delivered to relevant audiences through D Tools HR
• Ability to independently create acceptance criteria and evaluate / design knowledge content requirements
Process
• Gathers and documents requirements for new or revised Domestic or International processes developed by Global HR Operations
• Create/manage stories for existing processes
• Create and maintain knowledge submissions from multiple sources
• Create knowledge content and process requirements in partnership with clients
• Partner with subject matter expert through the knowledge development lifecycle to assess, develop, deliver, and maintain new and existing knowledge content
• Ability to manage daily processes and support independently
• Identifies creative solutions
Project Management
• Leverages the full infrastructure for Global HR Operations to expand and maintain integration and platform neutrality
• Perform system & regression testing
• Ensures effective governance & stakeholder management is in place
• Assist with the creation of training materials for new or updated applications as needed
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including required communication / client support
• Case Management experience, preferably Service Now expertise
• Expert in the majority of the processes
• Demonstrates project management skills that complements with GHRO business expertise
Leadership
• Integrates effectively with other HR functional partners for supporting and/or leading on-time and on-budget delivery
• Scope includes U.S. and International process integration
• Assist in the development of processes and solutions that further Global HR Operations strategies
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders: Client Services, internal partners and external vendors
• Understand support priorities for existing applications as well as responding to client inquiries
• Ability to challenge when configuration requests are not aligned with GHRO business processes and vision
• Demonstrates consulting skills in interacting with clients
• Thinks strategically in system planning activities
Basic Qualifications:
• High initiative, self-managing
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to communicate technical information and ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical people
• Ability to build reports or tell a story from raw data; analytical mindset
• Ability to translate user needs into requirements
• Experience working with partners from all levels of an organization
• Experience writing and proofreading using a style guide
• Experience with development, build and deployment processes
• Experience with SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle including QA
• Experience in developing enterprise software systems
• Experience with Service Now
• Walt Disney International experience
• Consultation skills
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience with troubleshooting, including required communication/client support
• Written language skills in a second language (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or Turkish preferred)
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in an HR, Business or Technology related field or equivalent work experience
