Executive Assistant and Scheduler to Artist

This is a Full Time Job

Extremely busy creative seeking full-time assistant to join the team at a high profile company. Applicants must have a strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of basic business practices, and excellent oral and written communication. Ideal candidates will not be afraid of a heavy workload supporting strong personalities, and will have the ability to manage a complex calendar. Experience in organizing a high volume of information is a must. This role requires advanced Google Suite and Excel. Hours are consistent with other entertainment assistant roles. The opportunity for special projects and additional responsibilities may apply depending on experience.
Interest in film, music and technology a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:
Scheduling - heavy scheduling / must have the ability to foresee issues and have great follow through
Coordinating day to day appointments and making sure they run on time
rolling calls & Managing call sheet
Arranging Travel - work and some personal

Technical Skills:
Excellent communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, computer literate, knowledge of or strong interest in the entertainment industry, ability to work well under pressure. Extraordinary work ethic and a positive attitude.

Assistant must be available for global travel with artist.
