Seeking a polished, confident and detail oriented Personal/Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will be comfortable working to provide both personal and business support, depending on the needs at the time. Candidate should also have a flexible attitude, strong communication skills, professional and discreet interpersonal skills and should be proactive and resourceful. Must be organized and reliable. THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION!!
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing C - level executive
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow up and work independently
• Manage day to day activities, calendar, travel planning, meetings, client emails, & priorities as needed
• Ability to wear many hats and understand which tasks should be prioritized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel as well as Google Docs
• Strong time management skills
• Must be a self-starter willing to take on projects and see them through to completion
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Solid ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrates thick skin, common sense, discretion and trustworthiness
• Detailed oriented, organized and proactive
• Flexible - comfortable working long hours if needed, available to work some weekends,
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (professional and personal):
• Assist with administrative tasks including, but not limited to: scheduling appointments, running errands, taking notes in meetings, answering phones, photocopying, and managing contact database
• Coordinate calendar, travel plans, conferences, and meetings.
• Receive & make phone calls
• Manage email & type correspondences
• Maintain and file documents
• Anticipate any issues and address them before they arise
• Interact positively with others and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally
• Accompanying principal to business meetings, dinners, special events
• Other miscellaneous duties
