Interactive Account Associate
The Marketing Division (TMD) is seeking a motivated individual to join the quickly growing Interactive team. The Marketing Division is a full-service agency offering a wide array of marketing, advertising and interactive services for the arts and entertainment industries with a concentration on touring Broadway.
Responsibilities include:
• Working closely with the Director of Interactive Services and the Marketing Directors for Broadway Across America in the day-to-day implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with marketing departments to ensure digital campaigns work in tandem with offline marketing efforts
• Assist in the trafficking and scheduling of jobs internally to keep projects moving
• Assist in the trafficking of banners and day-to-day monitoring of all online campaigns
• Test and troubleshoot ad creative and pixel implementation working with vendors and partners
• Regularly analyze campaigns to ensure proper delivery
• Assist Director of Interactive Services in regularly scheduled reports to clients
• Assist with meeting schedules and day-to-day activities
• Ensure accurate billing and budgeting of online campaigns
Required Skills
• 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising. Theater or entertainment experience a plus
• Must be able to multi-task
• Superior attention to detail a must
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Adwords
• Familiarity with a CMS and basic website maintenance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Positive, can-do attitude
Additional skills
• Familiarity of third party ad servers, particularly Media Mind and Double Click
• Social Media and content creation a plus
• SEO basic knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of ActiveCollab or other project management systems
• Eagerness to learn about digital marketing trends, present and future
