We are a boutique creative agency specializing in entertainment advertising including out of home, paid and organic social content, creative content, main titles and AV GFX. Reports to: Executive Creative Director
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in an equivalent role at a comparable agency or studio
Min. 3 years experience with the required software
Experience working with highly sensitive secure content - under industry standard security protocols
Software Requirements:
(intermediate level proficiency)
• Adobe Creative Suite - primarily: InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere
• Keynote - basic working knowledge
• Trello - basic working knowledge
• BOX - basic working knowledge
• Microsoft Office - Primarily Outlook, Excel and Word
• Google Docs, Google Sheets
• Familiar with industry standard AE plug-ins
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Accuracy obsessed
• Extremely organized
• able to adhere to internal best practices and follow all file management protocol
• fast worker, efficient
• able to prioritize key tasks based on their dependency to the end result and job milestones
• able to clearly identify any missing components and clearly communicate with a sense of urgency
Bonus Points for:
• Experience with Aspera Faspex and other industry standard secured content channels
• Previous producing experience at an entertainment marketing agency or equivalent studio role
• Up to speed on latest social platforms including trending content, overall best practices and delivery guidelines including: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube etc.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Review outgoing creative comps and ensure the following:
- all client/Creative Director notes are present
- all file names and slates are accurate and include correct version #, dates and any other applicable information
• Stellar management of client email chains and ensuring overall global notes and campaign directives are being adhered to in all creative comps
• Able to retain key campaign details & info as well as professional responsibility to check with Creative Director if you're not 100% confident
• Staying ahead of deadlines and getting them on the team's radar ----- ahead of time
• Manage and traffic revises to client through secure content channels while coordinating and communicating with client to ensure timely feedback given campaign deadlines.
