An entertainment agency is seeking an Intern for the summer semester. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, extremely organized and be able to work independently. This is an administrative position which requires outstanding multi-tasking skills.
The ultimate goal of our internship program is to provide students with a learning and training experience that will allow them the opportunity to apply the skills learned in the classroom in a professional work environment. Students interested in the opportunity to gain valuable work experience with a successful entertainment agency should send resumes and a note on why you would like to work for our company.
Responsibilities:
Phone management (answering phones, taking messages, etc.)
Updating and managing internal database information
Support research on growth opportunities for the company
Organizing and maintaining the office
Requirements:
Ideally a Junior or Senior in college
Ideally able to start the week of June July 8th.
Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or Film/Media Studies
Must receive school credit
Must be available a minimum 2 days a week
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be flexible and adaptable
Qualified candidates must be motivated, eager and ready to tackle any task or challenge and committed to learning quickly. Although there may be some flexibility with schedules, candidates would be expected to work two days per week. The internship is unpaid, but we do offer course credit and could potentially lead to paid coursework. Candidate must supply their own transportation.
