JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
• Primary responsibility is to assist the Production Manager and Production Coordinator, Creature Shop, with various daily production needs.
• Daily administrative duties may include, but are not limited to:
o Going on runs to procure materials and/or pick up and drop off items.
o Updating and maintaining financial spreadsheets (e.g. AmEx statements, budget reports, etc.)
o Maintaining petty cash reports.
o Assisting with weekly timecards.
o Organizing files and/or materials.
o Photographing projects and works that are in progress.
o Photo and/or video editing.
o Answering phones and fielding calls.
o Lifting and moving boxes of supplies.
o Maintaining, ordering and distributing office supplies.
o General office duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and desire to go above and beyond what is asked.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
