Associate Postsale Manager (Brand Partnerships)

Position: Associate Postsale Manager, Brand Partnerships
Location: New York
We are looking for an Associate Postsale Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team. This individual will work closely with internal departments to cultivate rich storytelling by incorporating detailed metrics, photos, design and crisp copy into our marketing materials. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the music and entertainment industry and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects daily. This position reports directly to the Postsale Director.
What you'll do:
• Oversee all elements of sold programs, including timelines, budgets, creative executions and follow-up on all deliverables
• Directly responsible for client and agency management throughout programs including client meetings / calls and industry events / conferences
• Developing deep, trusting relationships with clients and play a key role in renewal of business
• Communicate invoicing terms and details, relay billing paperwork, process invoices, communicate with Finance and Operations Director to resolve payment issues
• Liaise across Brand Partnerships, Editorial, Account Management, Product, Social, Branded Content, etc. to maintain best-in-class project management practices
• Create materials related to sold programs including deal point memos, profit and loss statements, contracts and program recaps/case studies
Your experience and skills:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a project manager role in digital, publishing or other media marketing, preferably at an agency
• Working knowledge of the online advertising industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - delivers information in a clear and concise manner
• Familiarity with multiple media and social platforms
• Keynote experience is a plus
• Experience in digital, video and branded content
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
• Passion for music and entertainment
