A really organized, hard working CEO/President of a boutique brand and content strategy firm in Burbank, CA that works with the top studios, networks and streaming brands is seeking a versatile, experienced higher level Executive Assistant.
The position provides administrative support to the President and general support to team members, managing the daily needs of a busy branding firm. Under the general direction of the President, the Executive Assistant will perform high-level executive tasks. The ideal person is someone who is loyal, motivated and will have ''the back'' of a very busy CEO and will see how this role is the lynchpin to ensuring an office is productive overall. Will act as the gatekeeper, will assist interfacing with many high level ''entertainment'' brands that are clients and will have a sense of calm urgency when performing work. Must also be fashion forward, aware of the ins and outs of entertainment and enjoys taking ''the lead'' in an office to ensure that all areas are running efficiently.

Able to take comprehensive notes in real-time
Have a passion for entertainment, especially TV
Daily Tasks:
Coordinating (and being protective) of the President's schedule to balance work time with meetings, including interfacing directly with clients to schedule meetings
Conducting research (assigned as well as taking initiative) to ensure President is prepared for all meetings (includes article reviews and summarizing key ideas, summarizing meeting attendees bios, and meeting note-taking with strategic recaps)
Attending meetings with President as needed to take notes, ensuring tech runs smoothly
Answering phones, emails and trafficking communication for the office
Managing master calendar for the company
Ongoing, project-based tasks
Coordinate in-field market research activities, including but not limited to: setting up live streaming with vendors, arranging for meals/back room management, organizing in-field materials and print jobs, creating fact sheets and focus group materials
Create and manage organization systems (digital files, etc.)
Lead weekly team meeting to bring everyone up to speed on what's priority for the week
Supply management and office organization: manage supplies, tech support with external vendors as needed, keep office tidy)
Must be willing to travel and work evenings as needed; must be willing to manage email communications outside of working hours as needed
Proficient in Word, Excel, Keynote/Powerpoint and Mac proficient
