The Gersh Agency seeks an efficient, multi-tasking Assistant for their Global Branding & Conventions Department
Oversee company's project activities
Monitoring company's mission, vision, and goals
Setting up the company business unit's strategies
Monitoring client feedback and escalating complaints to the department head
Oversee website and social media content
RESPONSIBILITY
To familiarize yourself with the company's mission, goals, and vision.
Work closely with marketing and sales staff to conceptualize approaches and marketing campaigns.
Educating distributors, retailers, and clients about the products and services.
Making social networking content and site to be able to generate brand awareness and entice new clients.
Building rapport with vendors as well as clients.
Monitoring escalating complaints and client feedback to the advertising department.
Tracking client tastes, media campaigns, and metrics.
Representing the agency at product launches, trade shows, conventions, and events.
Brainstorming ideas and taking part in workshops and training.
Always Keeping a good image of the agency.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or perhaps related field.
Previous customer service experience.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, helpful, and outgoing personality.
Working knowledge of social networking platforms and tools.
Adaptable with the capability to prioritize tasks.
