The Criterion Collection is hiring an e-commerce customer service assistant.
We are looking for a highly-qualified, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to assist our customer service team in the daily tasks of answering customer correspondence, shipping, researching, and organizing. Since you will be representing the Criterion brand, knowledge of who we are and what we do is a plus (we have very passionate fans). We are looking for someone who likes helping people to have a fabulous shopping experience through excellent customer care. Criterion has a stellar reputation for our hands-on support and we want to make it even more exceptional with someone who is as inspired as we are. Intuitive customer service experience is a must.
Your tasks, while somewhat consistent, will vary from day to day. You need to be someone who is well-versed in troubleshooting, can address customer questions in a clear, friendly, and professional manner, but is also up to the task of packing up boxes, compiling notes on stock updates/returns/etc, and other projects that help everything we do run more smoothly.
Ideally, you should have 1+ years experience in e-commerce customer service. You should be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and pick up on things quickly. Excellent writing skills are a must. Having a working knowledge of the Criterion Collection is an added bonus, as is a sense of humor!
You should be available to work full time Monday - Friday 40 hours/week?. Occasionally a high volume of customer correspondence will require some after-hours time during our biannual sales or the holiday season.
