Summary of Position:
The Digital Content & Strategy Specialist will conceptualize, design, and produce content for a wide variety of digital and print assets to promote CPC's lending and equity investing activities, the company's impact in communities, and our role as a thought leader in the affordable and multifamily housing industries. This person will expand CPC's brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of digital content across the company's internal and external social media, websites, and email marketing platforms. They will create and monitor all paid digital media and advertising campaigns, as well as manage all corporate websites and work with internal and external partners to ensure continually updated content and a seamless user experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure CPC has continuously updated content that promotes our mission, values, products, and accomplishments throughout all social media platforms
• Create, manage and analyze the impact of social media and email campaigns to promote: thought leadership, company and industry announcements, events, news articles, and financial products
• Create and maintain a content marketing calendar to ensure fresh content on the website throughout the year
• Repurpose content across all digital platforms to ensure maximum exposure
• Design, create and disseminate marketing email featuring our products, accomplishments, and capabilities
• Work closely with CPC's communications team and directly with CPC's external web design vendor to oversee the management of the website, including managing large-scale projects such as the creation of new pages, features, and updates
• Serve as point of contact with CPC's external marketing firm to develop the company's digital advertising strategy, creative content, and brand direction
• Manage corporate websites by providing daily updates including, press releases, articles, regional information, product information and term sheets and ''Success Stories'' (recently closed loans)
• Assist with the production of graphic design/artwork for print and digital media as well as other marketing collateral
• Create social media graphics, flyers and handouts, print and digital advertising content, email marketing content, event invitations, PowerPoint slide graphics, and update existing materials (flyers, brochures, and other publications)
• Assist with maintaining brand guidelines and integrity with internal and external partners
• Assist with the creation and curation of presentations and other organizational materials to support internal decision-making and external business development activities
• Assist with event logistics, handling departmental administrative tasks, maintaining a photo library and contact database
• Participate in other departmental projects, as necessary
• Perform other administrative duties, as required.
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 - 5 years experience in social media management required
• Superior knowledge of social media and experience creating campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
• Graphic design experience and superior knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign, as well as other relevant graphic design platforms, is required
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Experience producing video content for social media
• Experience with Constant Contact and other online marketing tools
• Proficiency in WordPress and similar CMS platforms
• Superior knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of GIS is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Interest in housing finance, affordable housing is a plus.
