Greenlight is seeking a Sales Manager, Sponsorships to work with a dynamic sales team in our New York office. This role will function as a key sales support role reporting to the SVP, Greenlight and Sponsorship Sales, bringing together brands with events, content, and additional marketing opportunities. This role may also include sales beyond sponsorships, as Greenlight explores new revenue streams. This role includes researching, prospecting, pitching, assisting in the creation of sponsorship packages, building and updating sales decks and other sales and marketing materials, CRM updates, tracking contracts and invoicing, onsite event support, and additional projects, as needed. Strong relationships with media agencies highly desired.

Responsibilities
• Lead generation and tracking
• Sales pitching
• Creation of sales and marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations
• Manage CRM
• Build contact lists and keep up-to-date
• Create and manage information and assets for sponsorship projects
• Research new sponsorship and revenue generating opportunities around brand partnerships and marketing, including content sponsorships
• Create client update reports
• Assist Marketing Team, as needed, especially with providing assets and timely news and information
• Respond to select web inquiries
• Track contracts and manage invoicing
• Create and submit billing worksheets to finance team for invoice processing; track payments
• Attend events and support sponsors on site, as needed
Qualifications
and Skills Required:
• Undergraduate Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and support capacities
• Strong sales skills
• Strong relationships with media agencies
• Tenacity securing sales and generating revenue
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suites; Knowledge of Photoshop a plus
• Must be a team player, a self-starter, and a quick learner
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client management
• Extremely organized with demonstrated attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Highly motivated and confident
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong career growth interest in sales and brand partnerships/marketing
• Social media savvy, especially with influencers and other content creators
