BEN is seeking an ambitious Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst (dependent on experience) with a positive attitude and thirst for learning and growing within a fast-paced high-growth organization.
• Provide overall support (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis) to our BEN business unit
• Partner with Client Development and Client Services teams to prepare sales pipeline, bookings, and backlog forecasts
• Partner with Client Services team to develop revenue, cogs, and gross profit forecasts
• Assist with revenue and cogs month-end close activities and analysis
• Reconciliation of accrued revenue & cogs balance sheet accounts
• Calculate quarterly commissions achievement for Client Development team
• Partner with Accounting on monthly management reporting
• Utilize SAP for research on actuals vs budget variances
• Assist with budget and financial analysis models
• Participate in preparing materials for monthly business reviews and quarterly shareholder packages
• Initiate and drive process improvements for greater accuracy, financial control and efficiency
• Ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA or CPA helpful, but not necessary
• 2-6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding excel skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
• Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
