Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Campaign Execution and Integration, including calendar, expenses, and travel.
• Prioritize conflicting deadlines
• Schedule meetings
• Manage all aspects of the Provo, Utah office:
• Invoice management
• Supplies – procurement and inventory management
• Manage building passes
• Ad hoc projects, as assigned
• Research the influencer industry, technology, social and gaming trends
• Assist with the creation of presentations
• Running social media campaigns by building relationships with influencer and managing brand integrations into creator's content
• Having fun at work and helping others do the same
• Additional duties, as assigned
Qualifications
and Skills Required:
• 1-2 years of administrative support experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Possess professional polish and ability to interface with employees at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage time
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Skilled with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Tech savvy
• Resourceful
• Available to work FT
