Full Time Job
Responsibilities
• Develop project plans, strategies, new business pitches, timelines and status reports for both internal team members and external clients
• Build, execute and secure repeat client business
• Consistently know the status and needs of each client, campaign and influencer
• Manage the work flow of team projects between the media department, including the traffic of materials between the client, all to ensure deadlines are met
• Proof all versions of documents, contracts, briefs and reports before each project stage
• Communicate with top-tier influencers and meet the clients’ needs
• The Account Manager will be office-based, and standard business hours are anticipated; however additional hours may be required from time to time to ensure campaign success
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
and Skills Required:
• Bachelors Degree Required
• 2 years’ experience in account management required
• Familiarity with Influencers
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and get the job done well
• Strong customer focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
• Ability and willingness to listen and learn from the experience of senior leaders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated willingness to take a “hands-on” approach with client materials and product
• Must be committed and punctual, as well as flexible
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and friendly in a high pressured, busy environment
• Effective management and supervisory skills

• Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising terms and processes
