The Ant Farm, a leading entertainment advertising agency in Los Angeles has an immediate opening for a Producers Assistant - Post Production Theatrical Marketing. We are looking for an energetic, reliable self-starter to join our fast-paced company. Candidate must be seeking a long-term commitment and be able to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high growth environment.

Knowledge and Skills:
• 1 year or more experience supporting entertainment executives in Post Production and Theatrical Marketing.
• 4 year college degree in related field required.
• A working knowledge of the post production process is a must, and should have at least a basic understanding of tape formats.
• Must be proactive, multi-task and detail oriented, collaborative and work well under pressure.
• Must have exceptional people skills in dealing with demanding clients.
• Team player attitude.
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Heavy computer work, very Mac savvy, strong skills in Excel, Word and Entourage.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK VERY LONG HOURS UNDER PRESSURE.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
