DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Must make daily calls to potential customers to promote upcoming season/events.
- Engage with customers via Facebook.
- Must keep a log of all interactions with customers on Excel spreadsheet.
- Interact with potential customers on the phone to answer all their questions regarding the company and our events.
- Provide any necessary information that a customer requests via email or over the phone.
- Help where needed around the office.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND SKILLS:
- General computer skills needed (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Must have general knowledge of Facebook & Facebook Messenger
- Customer-service orientated personality
- Has strong communication and phone skills
- Has great attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willing to learn new things
- A team player
- Excellent time management & multitasking skills
- Experience with working in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of humor
We are now hiring for this position. Looking for candidates who are able to work at our South Jersey/Pennsylvania office. We are open to conducting Skype interviews for the first initial interview only. Follow-up interviews may be required in person at our office.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Entry level pay
- Part-Time Position that can turn into Full-Time Position based on performance
