CRM and Analytics Manager
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service
Department: Ticket Sales
JOB SUMMARY:
The CRM and Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing all activity in Salesforce for the Texas Rangers, as well as maintaining all other technologies used by the ticket sales department. This position includes but is not limited to, managing the relationship between Salesforce and the ticketing system, developing, and implementing essential reports for upper management and training all personnel on the Salesforce CRM system.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
• Oversee the entire Texas Rangers Salesforce platform as the primary Salesforce administrator
• Design, develop, launch, and implement enhancements to Salesforce as required/necessary
• Manage Salesforce processes and workflows to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency for ticket sales staff
• Provide and maintain training for all Salesforce end users across multiple departments
• Generate new sales leads using multiple database resources
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards that measure productivity, as well as actual results compared to goals
• Ability to run and analyze various reports via Salesforce, Tableau, and the ProVenue ticketing system based on management needs
• Stay up to date on all Salesforce product releases, system updates and best practices to provide new customizations and integrations
• Fulfill specific database requests from both the management team and the sales team regarding renewals, ticket sales, campaign tracking, and other initiatives
• Constantly perform data hygiene of leads, accounts, opportunities, and custom objects
• Create strategies for sales campaigns within Salesforce, and effectively communicate strategies to management and sales reps for implementation
• Maintain relationships with other organizations to retrieve and share industry best practices
• Maintain relationships with other technology companies supporting sales including but not limited to ZoomInfo and Website Alive
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree with additional corresponding experience
• Two plus years of experience with ticketing, reporting, CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Tableau
• Experience with ticket systems – ProVenue is preferred
• Proficient knowledge of database architecture
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Strong analytical skills
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred, but not required
