Full Time Job
Our Director of Strategic Partnerships bridges the gap between Tennis Channel Account Executives, potential Clients and Agency Planning groups. This position reports to the SVP, National Sales Director in New York City.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• Maintains existing and forges new relationships with planning agencies and clients to maximize revenue for the network
• Positions and sells the network against the cable television marketplace
• Develops high-level presentations with the goal of attracting new business to the network
• Sells and orchestrates cross-platform sponsorship packages with major advertisers
Qualifications:
• Bachelors’ degree required
• Minimum of 10-15 years' advertising sales experience required, preferably with direct contact to planning agencies and brand marketers
• Minimum of 5 years' experience selling multi-platform sponsorships across TV, Magazine, on-site and digital assets or any combination
• Solid analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to develop creative ideas
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Proven track record of follow-up and success in the selling of commercial advertising time
• Skilled team player and a goal-oriented thinker
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications
