Role Overview
The Part-Time Content Creator will concept, shoot, and edit high-performing social content that highlights Tempted's personality and product. This role is ideal for someone who loves beverages, pop culture, and storytelling-and knows how to create scroll-stopping content that feels organic, fun, and shareable.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce short-form video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Create lifestyle, product, POV, UGC-style, IRL moments, and ''night out'' content featuring Tempted
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and trend-based ideas weekly
• Film and edit content using your own equipment (iPhone-level perfectly fine)
• Brainstorm content moments around launches, events, and seasonal promotions
• Capture content that showcases drinking moments, gatherings, humor, and brand personality
• Stay on top of beverage + entertainment trends, audio, and visual styles
• Collaborate with the team for brand alignment and approvals
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of content creation experience (brand, beverage, nightlife, UGC, or creator experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of TikTok and IG trends, especially in beverage, lifestyle, and humor content
• Comfortable filming in social settings (bars, parties, outdoors, events)
• Skilled in editing apps like CapCut, Adobe Express, or equivalent
• Ability to deliver multiple pieces of content weekly with fast turnaround
• Portfolio or recent work required
Bonus Points
• Based in LA and able to attend content days, events, or pop-ups
• Comfortable being on camera and leaning into Tempted's playful, cheeky tone
• Experience with CPG or RTD beverage brands

• A self-starter who can pitch ideas and run with them
• Someone who naturally captures group moments, friends hanging out, night life energy, and product-in-hand content
• Ability to create content that feels real, not overly polished
Salary/Benefits
Hourly or monthly retainer depending on experience + content volume. Option to expand as the brand grows.
