What you'll do:
• Partner with the People Operations Director to provide broad HR support for the domestic and international teams
• Provide full-scope HR support, including in the areas of onboarding & orientation, employee relations, performance management, training & career development, organizational planning, compensation strategy, and compliance
• Serve as a point of contact to team members, answering questions and helping employees navigate all aspects of People Operations, including topics such as performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, work/life, employee perks, company policies, etc.
• Demonstrate a high level of competency and commitment to HR best practices and employment laws, and remain current on local employment laws and compliance
• Identify and recommend continuous improvements to People Operations programs and processes to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience
• Provide reporting and data analytic support, and assist with identifying trends
• HRIS and general People Operations administration, including onboarding and offboarding, updating employee and departmental information, and auditing records with accuracy and efficiency
• Write, review and update policies, guidance documents, tools, and employee-facing documentation on our People Operations programs
• Contribute to organization-wide People Operations projects and initiatives with both culture and HR objectives in mind
• Support the People Operations Director as needed on daily tasks, special projects, administration and programs
What you'll bring:
• 4 years relevant HR generalist experience
• A ''start up'' mentality, with the ability and willingness to tackle of wide range of activities, big and small
• Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks at once, and strong attention to detail
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing an HRIS
• Working knowledge of HR federal & state laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive data
• Experience with Global HR programs is a plus
