Full Time Job
What you'll be doing:
• Partner with the Influencer/Creator Manager on a variety of special projects relating to recruiting talent, research, process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Leverage creator platforms (Tagger, Creator IQ, Tubular, etc.) to search and compile contact lists to establish & build relationships and negotiate partnerships with creators, and their reps, to expand their superfan base.
• Possess a passion for pop culture across lifestyle verticals – especially food, design, travel, art, etc. – with the goal of connecting and building relationships.
• Supporting in troubleshooting and escalating when needed, monitoring outcomes, and noting solutions for future changes and improvements.
• Collaborate with Makers on the launch, marketing, and success strategies, including their content, tiers, and benefits.
What you'll bring:
• A minimum of 1 year of talent recruiting, sales, partnerships, and deal-making experience at a talent agency, social media company, creator technology platform, or a content production studio.
• Must take initiative, have excellent organizational skills and incredible attention to detail.
• You have knowledge of pop culture, internet culture, creator economy, cultural shifts, and the emerging talent/influencer market.
• You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and need little or no direction to do so.
