Full Time Job
What you'll be doing:
• Support our People Operations Generalist in all day-to-day global HR administrative and operational tasks (US, UK, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina)
• Manage and support onboarding/offboarding of all full-time employees globally and our US contingent workforce.
• Prepare employee documents related to employment, compliance, commissions, and ongoing personnel changes. Maintain the integrity of all employee files and documents
• Responsible for all global HR reporting including but not limited to diversity reporting, turnover/attrition, WeWork usage, and Lattice reporting.
• Own administration and updates in all People Ops systems including but not limited to Rippling, Lattice, and our future HRIS.
• Work cross-functionally with US, UK/EMEA, Brazil, and Argentina hiring managers, IT support, and other key stakeholders to collect onboarding requirements and build out onboarding outlines.
• Spearhead the creation of templatized onboarding guides for specific teams.
• Collect and maintain COVID-19 vaccination certificates.
• Draft and support HR-related communications.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
What you'll bring:
• Strong interest in an HR career
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese
• Self-starter, highly organized, highest degree of accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ablility to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Drive are a plus!
• Highly proficient in excel is a plus!
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidential documents and information.
