Full Time Job
What You'll Do:
• Lead content operations, processes and special project initiatives for the Social Programming team
• Work closely with the General Manager, Social to identify areas of the business that deserve investment based on trends and data
• Develop, implement and manage operations that are scalable and efficient, working with teams globally
• Lead project management for marketing initiatives including efforts supporting our Streaming Network and Tastemade Maker platform
• Support the Social Programming team in determining the best methods for content production and execution
• Closely monitor our Social Content Budget and regularly analyze ROI
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes within the Social Programming team
• Develop social media strategies for emerging platforms, which may include leading the creation of content and posting as needed
• Stay up to date on social media and competitor trends across all platforms
What You'll Bring:
• 5-7 years experience managing content operations, ideally for a social-first brand
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to build new operations from the ground up
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Expert communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lead projects across multiple teams globally
• Experience in budgeting and analyzing ROI to inform business decisions
• Experience working in video creation a plus
• Experience working within Food, Travel or Home and Design a plus
• A passion for Tastemade and a positive, get-it-done attitude!
