Will:
• Work directly with some of the leading media companies in the world
• Be responsible for selling across Tandem's diverse client portfolio with a primary focus on beauty & lifestyle media & experiential clients
• Utilize strong prospecting skills to identify, source, pitch & negotiate new deals
• Communicate the unique value proposition of our clients to brands and agencies through meetings, presentations, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with creative teams on campaign ideas, development of pitch decks and partnership activations
• Report and track all sales activity and deal pipeline to ensure sales goals are consistently met and/or exceeded
• Work closely with execution teams to ensure programs are well transitioned and relationship is properly managed
Is…
• A motivated seller and a compelling presenter
• Has solid deal negotiation skills and experience closing deals with brands and agencies
• Passionate about what's happening in the world of entertainment and excited to find creative ways to activate around what is current and relevant
• Excellent at learning on the fly and willing to push the limits of your abilities for the sake of the team
• Highly organized, strategically minded, resourceful and an exceptional communicator (both verbal and written)
• Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach to everything they do: self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, accountable, and committed
• Well versed in the digital media & experiential space
• Persistent and calm under pressure

• 7+ years of experience in sales and/or partnerships
• Solid existing relationships on agency and brand side
• A proven track record in driving revenue and new business
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior level decision-makers
• Willingness to travel
