Will:
- Work directly with some of the leading media & entertainment companies in the world
- Be responsible for selling across Tandem's diverse client portfolio with a primary focus on digital media & experiential clients
- Utilize strong prospecting skills to identify, source, pitch & negotiate new deals
- Communicate the unique value proposition of our clients to brands and agencies through meetings, presentations, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with creative teams on campaign ideas, development of pitch decks and partnership activations
- Report and track all sales activity and deal pipeline to ensure sales goals are consistently met and/or exceeded
- Work closely with execution teams to ensure programs are well transitioned and relationship is properly managed
Is…
- A motivated seller and a compelling presenter
- Has solid deal negotiation skills and experience closing deals with brands and agencies
- Passionate about what's happening in the world of entertainment and excited to find creative ways to activate
around what is current and relevant
- Excellent at learning on the fly and willing to push the limits of your abilities for the sake of the team
- Highly organized, strategically minded, resourceful and an exceptional communicator (both verbal and written)
- Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach to everything they do: self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, accountable, and committed
- Well versed in the digital media & experiential space
- Persistent and calm under pressure

- 8+ years of experience in sales and/or partnerships
- Strong existing relationships with agencies and brand direct

- Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level decision-makers
- Willingness to travel
